By placing a deposit through Auto1Cloud, you are reserving your tires and installation appointment. The deposit amount will be applied toward the total cost of your purchase at the time of service.
The deposit is fully refundable until the installation of the tires on your vehicle. After installation, refund eligibility will be governed by the policies of the installing tire shop. Refunds in such cases are subject to the shop’s policies and may consider factors such as the condition of the tires, dismounting fees, and other relevant circumstances. Refund determinations after installation are handled solely by the installing tire shop on a case-by-case basis.
