Buying tires online

• How to pay for tires?
  

  Once your tires and appointment are selected, you will be asked to leave a small deposit for the tire order to go through. The amount balance will be paid-in-store along with your other selected services.

• What is the deposit for?

  The deposit is a small amount charged in advance to ensure your selected tires are reserved just for you. The deposit is only taken on the price of the tires, not the services.

• Once I order tires, when are they shipped to my store?

  Tires are shipped to your local centre within 48 hours after you finalize your order, ensuring they get there before your appointment.

• What will my credit card statement say for online deposits?

  Your credit card statement will indicate the charge is from AUTO1CLOUDTECHNOLOGIES or A1CLD, our payment processing partner and tire ordering platform.

• What to do if I need to make changes or cancel my order?

  Contact our customer service at 1-855-228-4737. Make sure to have your order number when calling.

• Why is installation and balancing added to my order?

  Wheel balancing is the process of harmonizing the weight of a tire and wheel assembly so that it rolls evenly at higher speeds. This requires putting a wheel and tire assembly on a wheel balancer, which spins it to determine the location where weights should be added. This balancing needs to be performed every time a tire is mounted onto a wheel. This ensures the weight is evenly distributed throughout the wheel by evening out heavy and light spots, so that it rotates smoothly. Even a slight difference in weight in the wheels will cause enough momentum to create a vibration in the vehicle.

• How to order tires?
  

  Once your centre is selected, simply indicate your vehicle or tire size to see the all available tire options. After your choice is made, add the desired tires to your cart. You will then be prompted to choose a preferred time and date for your appointment. Once your appointment has been confirmed by your centre, your tires will be delivered directly to its location and will be waiting for you on your appointment day.
